Pricing & billing questions
Do I pay for LLM tokens on top?
Yes. LLM and AWS infrastructure costs go directly on your AWS / Anthropic bills — we do not resell them. For typical Starter usage this is $50–$150 / month.
Can I self-host?
Vega always deploys into your AWS account. We ship a Terraform module and a signed container image; the control plane is the only thing that runs in our account, and you can audit every call.
Is there a free trial?
The private beta (Q4 2026) is free for the first three months for design partners who sign a light LOI. Apply here.
How are “runs” counted?
A run is one complete execution of an agent from trigger to final outcome, including any retries. Internal steps, human-in-the-loop approvals, and connector calls do not count separately.
Can I switch plans?
Any time, pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Startup discount?
